Under the banner of Ranfer International (Pvt) Ltd the Company has built on a foundation of spice exports, expanding a commodity base to encompass value addition and commodities. Drawing from Sri Lanka’s rich agricultural past Ranfer uses an expert knowledge base and sophisticated R & D to create and produce an extensive range of value added agricultural products and amass a number of export awards most notably Exporter of the Year 2002.
Sri Lanka is the 4th largest coconut cultivating country in the world with 5% of our total exports accounting for coconut and coconut based products. Ranfer’s works closely with coconut cultivators from small holdings, there by strengthening the economy at the village level and contributing to Ranfer’s nation building efforts. Ranfer’s coconut exports and other coconut products cover virgin coconut oil, desiccated coconuts, coconut milk and coconut oil.
Desiccated Coconut
Ranfer, the only exporter of coloured desiccated coconut, offers a range of desiccated coconut products that are processed through dehydration to achieve preservation under hygienic conditions. Available in various grades, Ranfer selects its grades only from fresh and matured coconuts.
